Since the demolition of the Agora Centre was completed in February 2023, Milton Keynes City Council, in partnership with TOWN, has made significant progress on the Love Wolverton Regeneration Project.

Willmott Dixon was appointed as the preferred contractor, and we have been working closely with them under a Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA) to refine the design and costs of the scheme.

In parallel, other technical and statutory tasks have been underway, including discharging planning conditions and submitting a ‘minor material amendment’ planning application to account for technical design adjustments.

Construction is anticipated to begin in 2025.
